Last updated: July 31, 2026

Introduction

Bravery OS is the internal business management platform of Bravery Banquet Hall & Accommodations (BBHA), used to manage accommodation, banquet and events, accounting, human resources, facilities, and related operations. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform. By signing in to Bravery OS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Authorized Access

Access to Bravery OS is restricted to authorized staff members. Accounts are created and provisioned exclusively by your administrator — public self-registration is not permitted. You may only access the modules and features enabled for your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bravery OS only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with BBHA policies and applicable law. You must not attempt to access data or features outside your authorized permissions, interfere with the platform’s operation, share your account with others, or use the system to store or transmit unlawful content. Misuse may result in suspension or removal of your account.

Confidentiality & Business Data

Bravery OS holds confidential business information, including client, tenant, employee, and financial records. All information accessed through the platform is the property of BBHA and must be treated as strictly confidential. You may not copy, export, disclose, or use this information for any purpose other than performing your authorized duties.

Intellectual Property

Bravery OS, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is the proprietary property of BBHA and its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without prior written authorization.

Availability & Liability

We strive to keep Bravery OS available and reliable, but the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, BBHA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability.

Changes to These Terms

BBHA may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Bravery OS following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify staff through the platform.

Questions about these Terms of Service should be directed to your BBHA system administrator at admin@bbha.cm.
