Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Bravery Banquet Hall & Accommodations (BBHA) handles information within Bravery OS, our internal business management platform. It applies to staff members who access the system and describes what information we process, why, and how it is protected.

Information We Process

Bravery OS processes two broad categories of information: (1) staff account data — such as your name, email address, role, and assigned permissions, used to authenticate you and control access; and (2) operational business data you enter or manage in the course of your work — including client and tenant records, leases, bookings, invoices, payments, payroll, and related documents. This data belongs to BBHA and is processed to run the business.

Authentication

Bravery OS uses Clerk to handle authentication securely. Sign-in and credential management are performed by Clerk on our behalf. For details on how Clerk processes data, see their Privacy Policy. Email notifications (such as reminders and alerts) are delivered through our configured email provider.

How Information Is Shared

Information held in Bravery OS is used solely for BBHA’s internal operations. It is never sold or rented. Access within the platform is limited by your role and feature permissions, so staff only see the data relevant to their duties. We share data with third-party service providers (such as our authentication and email providers) only to the extent required to operate the platform, and with authorities where required by law.

Security & Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including role-based access controls and restricted account provisioning — to protect information in Bravery OS. Business records are retained for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Staff must keep all data they access confidential and handle it in line with BBHA policy.

Your Responsibilities

As a Bravery OS user, you are responsible for protecting your credentials, accessing only the data you are authorized to use, and reporting any suspected data breach or unauthorized access to your administrator promptly.

Contact
